We’ve been busy helping the families of Breightmet create Scarecrows for Breightmet’s first ever Scarecrow Festival. The free festival will be held on October 28th, 11-3pm, with fun activities, crafts and games at the Elderdale Centre and a trail around the neighbourhood to see the Scarecrows.
There’s still time to enter, just let us know before Tuesday 23rd that you are entering and we can add you to the map. There’s also one more free scarecrow making workshop at the Elderdale Centre, Tuesday 23rd 10-12, all welcome and all materials provided.
